Nsefu Middle Basic School has recieved significant support from The Kawaza School Fund and Project Luangwa. It currently has 6 classrooms, but urgently needs more. There is an old 2 classroom block that was built by the Government when the school was first founded. It was mud brick walls and is now in such a poor state of repair that it cannot be safely used. A full refurbishment must be undertaken. including raising the roof and fitting new windows and floor. We need to raise $20,000 USD to enable us to do this. In the meantime the current classrooms are significantly over crowded.
There is also no electricity at this School. It is too far from the Mains grid and so need solar power installing.
